Our local Kansas City client is seeking a dedicated professional to serve as the Senior Coordinator-DE & I, supporting and coordinating Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs under the guidance of the Chief DEI Officer. This role involves managing data, maintaining resources, and providing comprehensive administrative support across various DEI and Health Equity initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support DEI and Health Equity programs and events, including logistics and post-event tasks.
- Collect, analyze, and report on data trends, creating detailed reports and visual presentations.
- Oversee diversity conference registrations as well as monitor memberships and sponsorships.
- Provide administrative support to the Diversity and Inclusion Council, Health Equity, and Employee Resource Groups.
- Develop and maintain resource folders for tracking activities and surveys.
- Assist with the creation, monitoring, and updating of diversity-related materials.
- Offer additional administrative support to the Human Resources Department as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in Diversity & Inclusion and/or Health Equity initiatives is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other advanced applications.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and initiative.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
