Our Boston based retail client is looking for an a Vendor Relations Coordinator to assist the Merchandise team with payment inquiries and issues. This role is onsite Tuesdays and Wednesdays a their Framingham location and this contract will go until end of year.
Description: Assists merchandise vendors with payment inquiries and issues.
- Ensures timely verbal and written communication with vendors.
- Researches payment issues and takes proper action to resolve these issues
- Tracks vendors' call history accurately in the Call Tracking System
- Execute communication to third party vendors on performance
- Produce regular and ad-hoc reporting to assist business needs
- Experience with retail clients a plus for this role!
