We are expanding our team in US, and this is a general JD for warehouse supervisor, we have different supervisor openings for inbound, outbound, cross docking etc.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the outbound fulfillment operations, ensuring timely and accurate completion of order handovers.
- Responsible for process optimization to improve overall outbound efficiency.
- Responsible for team development and management.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including on-time outbound rate, outbound productivity, and customer complaint rate.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for outbound processes.
- Manage and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to outbound orders.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement and oversee technology solutions to streamline outbound operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, with a focus on outbound operations.
- Proven experience in process optimization and team management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to warehouse operations.
