Job Title: Plant Manager – Fabrication

Salary: $85K - $120K DOE

The Role
Are you ready to lead a thriving team in a top-tier AISC steel fabrication company? We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to drive operations at our state-of-the-art facility specializing in commercial steelwork projects.
As a key player during our exciting growth phase, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily plant operations, ensuring efficiency and safety while managing production schedules. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining high quality standards and compliance with industry regulations.
The client would also be VERY interested in speaking with Supervisor or project managers who are looking to step up into a leading role.
The Company
Our client is an industry leader, family-owned AISC certified structural steel fabricator. They have been well established in Florida and specialize in a broad range of complex build projects with a commitment to precision, quality, and safety.
You will be responsible for:
• Oversee daily operations of the steel fabrication plant to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Manage production schedules and coordinate with various departments to meet project deadlines.
• Monitor quality control and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Lead and train plant staff, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
• Implement and manage cost-control measures to optimize plant performance and reduce expenses.
Required Experience:
• 5+ years’ experience with steelwork fabrication
• 3+ years as a Plant Manager, Supervisor or Project Manager
• Understand the steel fabrication process & know how to push material out
