Responsibilities:
- Administration supports our project, marketing, and business development teams
- The Administrative Assistant (AA) will be responsible for general office duties right away but has the potential to grow and expand the role, its scope, and responsibilities over time
- Supports management, project teams, and marketing as needed
- Schedules internal and external meetings, setting up and breaking down as needed
- Handles office catering and internal events
- Orders and stocks office and kitchenette supplies
- Answers, screens, and directs telephone calls
- Helps maintain standards for and craft correspondence and office communications
- Helps with travel arrangements, scheduling, data entry, and office coordination
Qualifications:
- Interested in learning, a self-starter and problem solver with good judgment and a good attitude
- Ability to adapt to new technologies, apps, and programs
- Excellent communication skills, organized, and conscientious
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel
