he Site Acquisition Manager I (SAM I) is responsible for all entitlement requirements of the telecommunications equipment deployment for the assigned job/sites and is the recognized leader and decision maker on all issues falling under the entitlement and pre-construction scopes of work. The SAM I provides support, forecasting, quality control for a project’s site development activities. This position contributes to the site acquisition team’s timely execution of real estate, design, zoning, permitting and compliance activities. It is intended that the SAM I will support the SAM II & SAM III team with site acquisition tasks, and Service Provider oversight during the completion of any and all assigned tasks. It is also intended that the SAM I will learn and eventually be able to work more complicated tasks/sites.
