One of our excellent law firm clients is looking for an experienced Attorney to join their team in Columbia, SC. With seven offices across the southeast, our client is a respected firm looking to grow their Workers' Comp practice area.
Responsibilities:
- Support senior attorneys
- Professionally represent clients
- Provide legal support and guidance
- Manage case files, evidence, and documents
- Handle the discovery process
- Manage correspondence
- Conduct thorough investigations
- Prepare and file documents with the court
- Track billable hours and prepare invoices
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in South Carolina
- 2-5 years of workers compensation or personal injury experience
- Defense experience preferred
