Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Lebanon, IN
Target Pay Rate: $90K-$125K
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive Human Resource support encompassing new employee recruitment, onboarding, separation processes, employee development, organizational development, and employee relations for our esteemed manufacturing facility.
- Take charge of managing companywide safety and health-related training programs to ensure employee safety, minimize workers' compensation liability, and uphold compliance with corporate and OSHA regulations.
- Assist in labor relations management, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and addressing other employee relations matters.
- Collaborate with the Associate Manager - Benefits in developing and overseeing employee health and wellness promotion programs, aiming to enhance employee value and contribute to cost efficiencies.
- Drive employee recognition and teamwork development through the management of employee service recognition programs and other related activities.
- Actively participate as a member of the company’s HR team, contributing to companywide Human Resource initiatives.
- Contribute to the advancement of broader Human Resources activities within the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in Business Management or Human Resources, with a preference for manufacturing industry experience.
- Strong foundation in Human Resource functional knowledge, including a solid understanding of employment law.
- Demonstrated success in building trust and fostering strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage the right stakeholders, ask pertinent questions, and comprehend the interrelationships of variables.
- Solid business acumen and sound judgment.
- Entrepreneurial drive and resilience, coupled with the ability to lead strategically and execute tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated integrity, sincerity, and transparency.
