Scott + Scott is hiring for multiple Staff Attorney positions to immediately begin work on document review projects.
This opportunity will be remote however, the employee must be a current resident of Arizona, California, New York, Texas, or Washington state.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities *
- Reviewing and coding documents produced in litigation discovery.
- Preparation of associated memoranda as needed.
- Conducting research assignments as needed.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Required Competencies
- High level verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates a professional temperament and ability to work with little supervision;
- Prioritizes and anticipates work needs
- Works well under periods of pressure and short deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Required Education & Experience
- Must have a minimum of 1-3 years of eDiscovery experience using document review platforms such as Relativity or DISCO.
- Admitted to the bar and licensed to practice law in any US jurisdiction.
- Able to work a minimum of 35 hours per week.
- Is a current resident of Arizona, California, New York, Texas, or Washington state.
