We are assisting our Avon headquartered client with the search for a Contract Manager. The contract management function for the division is responsible for contract and price negotiations, developing and executing contract strategy, and leading/developing contract administrators.
Must have:
Seven plus years of directly related contract management experience – preferably in a manufacturing setting, including five years in a leadership role.
Assures and /or conducts research, develops, and manages activities related to international business development. Supports best value strategies and opportunities associated with international supplier and offset strategies, assists with negotiations, and recommends courses of action.
Provides expert advice and interpretation of legal contracts, subcontracts, and conditions to minimize or reduce risk and potential liabilities; analyzes, defines, and estimates the potential impact of contract liability and provides guidance.
Plans, develops, recommends, and implements procedures and systems for contract review across the division.
