Job Description
Seeking a highly skilled and motivated 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) Operations Manager to oversee and manage our third-party logistics operations.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a strong preference for candidates who are fluent in English, Korean, and Spanish. The Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the movement of goods and materials, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and oversee all aspects of third-party logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
· Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency.
· Develop, monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and customers, to ensure seamless operations.
· Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
· Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with 3PL providers to ensure high levels of service and cost-effectiveness.
· Conduct regular audits and assessments of internal operations and external service providers to ensure performance standards are met.
· Handle escalations and resolve any issues related to logistics operations in a timely manner.
· Prepare and present regular reports on logistics performance, costs, and other relevant metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Speaks Korean
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a focus on 3PL operations.
· Proven track record of managing third-party logistics providers and optimizing supply chain processes.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Proficient in logistics management software and tools.
· Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Work Conditions
- Full time On-Site Employment
- Location: Secaucus, NJ
- Hours: M-F, 9AM to 6PM
- This position may require occasional travel to various 3PL provider locations.
- Must be able to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones and operational demands.
