They focus on the commercial interiors market, dealing with large banking firms, financial institutions, educational and nonprofit organizations as well as studios and broadcasts.
About the opportunity
I am looking for a Project Manager for my client to work on interior construction projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a project, from start to finish.
This role will involve:
- Perform pre-construction planning, scheduling, and cost control.
- Prepare monthly reports including cost, schedule, safety, cash flow, etc. for internal and/or external use.
- Perform constructability and coordination reviews.
- Provide job site leadership in the area of safety and quality.
- Prepare contingency plans for potential risks, expanding contractual services and project profit.
Benefits & Rewards
My client is looking to pay a generous salary ranging between $140,000 - $155,000 + a full benefits package on top. They will look to progress and develop people who offer a strong working performance.
Requirements
I am looking for someone who has experience working on construction interior projects whilst working for a General Contractor firm on projects across NYC. On top of this, it is essential you have experience of using pro-core and hold down strong stability on your resume.
