Seeking Senior Engineering Manager to be part of Senior Leadership and lead Mechanical, Electrical design and manufacturing engineers in an equipment or machinery assembly.
Provide strategic direction and vision to take them to next level of success.
- Focus Engineering team on creating technical innovations in Electrical, Mechanical Design and Manufacturing improvements.
- Create and implement achievable KPIs for quality, performance, delivery, and cost for all products.
- Optimize operating efficiencies between manufacturing sites.
- Advance business strategy through innovative product launches.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, MBA preferred but not required
- 8+ years Technical Leadership experience
- Innovative thinker, with a track record for translating strategic thinking into action plans and output
- Experience in building, mentoring, and coaching a team of engineering professionals
- Ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers
- Track record in quickly make decisions in a changing environment and anticipate future needs
- Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive; a team leader who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical finance, and administration initiatives. Not afraid to have an opinion across business operations.
