Job Role: Technical Architect – Application Integration Services

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Responsibilities:
• Design & architect project planning and implementation.
• Provides technical guidance to the team.
• Lead various projects and provide metrics.
• Develop security architecture diagrams for the applications.
• Govern various assets and mitigate risks.
• Automate repeated tasks/manual efforts.
• Troubleshoot application issues.
• Self-initiator and able to coordinate with different stakeholders to get the issues resolved.
• Strong Windows/Mac desktop and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Action, update and close the tickets within defined SLA.
• Guide team in technical troubleshooting and work to get the solution documented.
• Jira and Kanban board experience.
Skills Required:
- Requires strong software troubleshooting knowledge on Windows/MAC & good communication skills
- Requires strong knowledge on the technologies, application troubleshooting and Windows, Cloud (web) and working knowledge other application platform environments.
