Support Visionary Leadership: Executive Assistant to the CEO
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO and manage office operations for a dynamic company in the Life Sciences sector, led by a serial entrepreneur and inventor with a strong focus on innovation and growth. This role is ideal for a personable, highly organized individual ready to wear multiple hats in a vibrant work environment. The company is experiencing significant growth and investment, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable with a high level of personal interaction and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Assistant Duties:
- Manage CEO's calendar and schedule
- Arrange all travel and accommodations
- Handle expenses and expense reporting
- Maintain CEO's focus and keep track of important tasks
- Coordinate communication with contacts and other EAs
- Assist with personal tasks as needed (e.g., coordinating gifts, personal errands)
- Provide high-level administrative support with a proactive approach
Office Manager Duties:
- Oversee office operations (e.g., ensuring that conference rooms and common areas are neat and tidy, keeping the kitchens well stocked with beverages and snacks, greeting visitors, etc…)
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
- Ensure office environment is well-maintained and functional (e.g., door unlocked for cleaning crew)
Bookkeeping Duties:
- Enter invoices and manage basic bookkeeping tasks
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of intuition and professionalism
- Ability to manage various tasks and responsibilities effectively
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and family-oriented work environment

Compensation and Work Arrangement:
- Type: Onsite (4 days a week; Tues-Fri or Mon-Thurs)
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000
