JOB SUMMARY FOR FINANCIAL ANALYST:
- Seeking a Pricing and Audit Analyst with excellent data analysis skills for a consumer electronics client.
- Hybrid Schedule: 4 days in office
- Pay range: $20-30/hr
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR FINANCIAL ANALYST:
- Execute daily pricing validations/updates to open/unshipped sales orders to ensure timely invoice updates pre-emptively reducing chargeback liability to the overall line of business.
- Submit daily pricing & audit claim/credits in SAP/ERP platform to submit and clear high volume deductions for Retail and Pro business channels.
- Partner with Pricing Team to ensure DFI price changes are submitted and approved prior to effective date; support Pricing Team with on-time price change approvals.
- Aggregate and scrub Pricing documentation ensuring accuracy of pricing communications.
- Perform end-to-end internal and external financial audit of monthly/annual program billing.
- Identify root cause, investigate, and develop solutions for pricing variance events.
- Ability to present analyses/findings in clear simple terms to Finance and Executive Leadership in weekly and monthly meetings.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR FINANCIAL ANALYST:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Finance Related).
- 5 years min. in financial/retail sales operations environment; Audit/Risk Management.
- Advanced Excel skills, including advanced formulas.
- Strong data analysis experience.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR FINANCIAL ANALYST:
- Ability to understand complex financial and operational processes
- Experience in Marketing and/or Sales environments preferred
- Excellent, clear communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
