MUST HAVES :
- 1-2 years of experience in front desk environment
- Experience reviewing and organizing data
- Checking for errors and accuracy
- Updating record systems
- Great soft skills: timeliness, commitment, etc.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include maintaining organization and accuracy on paperwork and documents. Other duties include:
- Provide administrative support for members located in the Columbus, Ohio office.
- Reviewing documents for any errors/missing information
- Following up with tenants and landlords
- Updating record systems
- Ability to handle office equipment in a fast-paced environment using scanners, copiers and fax machines.
- Maintain positive relations with owners, applicants, participants and their representatives, and stakeholders.
- May be assigned to other projects as needed.
