Vaco Boston has partnered with our client, and we are seeking an Service Desk Support member to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for your clients.
Responsibilities:- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
- Recommend hardware and software improvements
- Track customer issues and resolutions
Qualifications:- 1-3 years' experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
- Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
- Understanding of networking concepts TCP/IP; DNS; DHCP and VPN.
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
