Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team including supporting the day-to-day operations. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to onboarding
• Talent Acquisition Recruitment Coordination and Operations:
o Assists in the coordination and administration of interview scheduling, candidate travel, and debriefs.
o Manages and updates applicant tracking system (ATS) data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
o Supports the preparation of offer letters and employment contracts.
o Conducts background checks and reference verifications.
o Generates reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
o Provides support for employer branding initiatives and social media recruitment efforts.
o Assists in the development and maintenance of talent acquisition policies and procedures.
• Administrative Support:
o Provides administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
o Manages and coordinates all aspects of meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and taking minutes.
• Project Management:
o Assists in the management of various talent acquisition projects, including tracking progress, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely completion.
o Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
• Data Management and Analysis:
o Maintains accurate and up-to-date records and databases related to talent acquisition activities.
o Analyzes recruitment data to identify trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Vendor Management:
o Acts as a liaison with external vendors, managing and coordinating requests for information.
• Depending upon the position up to 20% of time could include direct administrative tasks including heavy calendar management, complex international and domestic travel arrangements, expense reporting, prepare and manage all aspects of meetings.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, Corporate environment
• Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry preferred
KNOWLEDGE
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred
COMPUTER SKILLS
• High level of proficiency with all Microsoft Office Suite applications; tech savvy, strong computer skills
Pay: $30-$32/hr based on experience.
Onsite: At least once a week.
