Customer Service is the heartbeat of Uline. As Workforce Scheduling Team Lead, keep a pulse on call center team staffing. Guide and support the WFM scheduling team, ensuring goals for legendary service are met to support our growing North American company!

Position Responsibilities
Manage WFM Schedulers performance by tracking and reporting team productivity and accuracy.
Review processes and procedures to recommend efficiencies and productivity improvements to management.
Train WFM schedulers on company policies and procedures.
Handle any WFM scheduling-related issues with management.
Provide weekly scheduling support.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor s degree preferred.
2+ years of scheduling experience. WFM experience preferred.
Demonstrated team leadership experience.
Ability to evaluate data to identify trends.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
