Job Summary:
The General Liability Adjuster is responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving general liability claims. This role involves conducting thorough investigations, analyzing coverage, and negotiating settlements. The ideal candidate has a strong background in both claim types and excels in handling complex cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate, evaluate, and adjust general liability claims.
- Review policies to determine coverage and liability.
- Conduct detailed investigations and analyze medical records.
- Collaborate with legal and medical experts as needed.
- Negotiate settlements and maintain accurate claim files.
- Communicate clearly with all parties involved.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- [3] years of experience in general liability claims.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in claims management software.
- 620 Adjusters license is a MUST HAVE
Work Environment:
- At the office for 90 day orientation then hybrid.
