Job Responsibilities
- The Technical Recruiter position is a full-time role with a base salary plus unlimited commission
- Follow up throughout the day with recruitment activity and questions regarding your progress
- Create searches and identify qualified individuals for open positions with our clients (Automotive, Engineering, IT, Professional, Manufacturing)
- Must be available to work core business hours of 7:45am – 5:30pm
- Strong time management skills for accurate and immediate follow-up
- Continuously make calls, interview candidates, set meetings, negotiate pay rates, review resumes and continue an ongoing dialogue between candidates and managers
- Build a network of potential candidates for key accounts by sourcing active and passive candidates
- Drive the full cycle recruitment process - sourcing world class candidates, interviewing, extending offers / negotiating, offboarding, coaching, etc.
- Stay current on industry news, continuously learn and participate in professional development
- This could be an Entry Level position for the right candidate, or the person should have 1 – 4 years of Staffing and Recruiting experience including recruitment in Engineering, Manufacturing, IT or Technical positions

- Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy in oral / written communication / paperwork
- Proficient in computer / technology / office functions including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and database entry
- Must have excellent people skills, a flexible mindset, and a team-first approach
