EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR HVAC OPERATIONS MANAGER!
Kane Partner’s has been selected by our client to conduct a confidential search for an Operations Manager – HVAC. This role will be located in the Allentown, PA area.
The critical role will be oversee the strategy and operation of the business including:
· Implementing strategies, policies and procedures
· Set performance metrics
· Manage resources
· Issue resolution
· Support safety program
· Collaborate with managers on budgets and initiatives
· Continuous improvement strategy
· Monitor performance and develop forecasts
Requirements:
· 15 years in-depth HVAC systems and technologies experience
· 5 years leadership experience (field management and department management)
· Expert in safety standards and industry regulations
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
