On Behalf of Robert Half client we are offering an opportunity for an Office Manager in the bustling city of Chicago, Illinois near Avondale. The successful candidate will play a crucial role for a team, primarily handling administrative tasks and assisting with some invoicing duties.
Responsibilities:
• Filing, answering phones, and data entry.
• Accounts Payable (AP)/ Accounts Receivable (AR) , invoices to customers, and shipping to customers
• Collaborate in receiving work, matching the receipt and PO to the invoice.
• Support the controller in payroll processing for 45 employees, mainly consisting of weekly, hourly employees
• Schedule appointments and manage email correspondence efficiently.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to manage email correspondence efficiently and professionally.
• Capable of scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
