Our client seeks an experienced Estate Planning Transactional Attorney to handle complex estate planning matters and transactions. This role requires a deep understanding of estate planning law, including trusts, wills, and estate tax strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive estate plans for clients, including the preparation and review of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents.
- Advise clients on estate planning strategies, asset protection, and tax implications.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
