A reputable law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 6+ years of experience to join their team. This position offers a largely remote work environment, but candidates must be available to travel and attend court appearances in state and federal courts primarily in Northern California, with occasional travel to mid and Southern California.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of litigation experience; trial experience is highly preferred.
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet competing deadlines.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with a proactive business sense.
- Commitment to teamwork and client service.
Compensation:
- Salary range: $225,000 - $400,000, based on location, experience, and other relevant factors.
- Eligibility for an annual merit-based bonus.
