Responsibilities:
- Manage submittals, RFIs, subcontracts, purchase orders, billings, change orders, and documentation for projects from award to turnover.
- Attend and participate in OAC meetings.
- Review and maintain CPM schedules.
- Facilitate communication between the field and the architects and owners.
- Manage project budgets.
- Estimate and prepare bid packages.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architectural, or construction management.
- 5+ years of experience, preferably in commercial construction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive with problem solving and safety issues.
- Knowledge of Bluebeam and Microsoft Projects preferred.
- Hawaii resident with valid driver’s license.
