Position Title: IT Service Desk Specialist
Location: Columbus OH
Pay rate: $19-21/hr. on w2
We are looking for a skilled Service Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for IT support. You'll handle incoming calls, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving software and hardware problems, documenting incidents, and ensuring a positive support experience. Ideal candidates have 2-5 years of experience in a fast-paced tech environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, is required.
