We are currently partnered on a Trust & Safety search for a VC backed AI company. This is an individual contributor role and will report into senior legal leadership. This opportunity can be fully remote with office presence in New York City and San Francisco.
Responsibilities Include:
- Build and oversee the company’s Trust & Safety systems and procedures.
- Develop and implement policies on misuse, user protection, and content moderation.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and legal developments affecting Trust & Safety.
- Act as a primary contact for critical safety issues and recommend solutions for risk management.
Background:
- 5+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
- JD preferred, however this is not required
- Proven track record in creating and managing Trust & Safety programs.
- Deep knowledge of content moderation and legal compliance practices.
