Supervision and Training: Lead and manage the daily activities of the Mammography team with minimal oversight. Ensure the team is well-trained and organized.
Service Improvement: Monitor the team's services, updating policies and practices to enhance overall performance.
Equipment Management: Oversee the operation of all equipment, perform quality control checks, conduct minor maintenance, log any issues, and coordinate service when necessary.
Liaison Role: Serve as the communication bridge between technologists, administration (including contractors), and physicians.
