Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm, ensuring efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. The Director of Operations will play a key role in strategic planning, operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

- Oversee the daily operations of the firm, including client services, administrative functions, and operational workflows.
- Develop, implement, and improve operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Monitor and analyze the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans to support the firm's growth and profitability.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement solutions that align with the firm’s strategic goals.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the operations team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership and guidance on operational matters to ensure the achievement of the firm's goals.
- Ensure the highest level of client service and satisfaction through efficient operational support.
- Implement systems and processes to enhance client experiences and streamline operations.
- Address and resolve operational issues and client concerns promptly and effectively.
- Develop and maintain written standard operating procedures, how-to documents, and workflow diagrams.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to mitigate operational risks.
- Oversee internal audits and collaborate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations.
- Technology and Innovation:
- Identify and implement technological solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, integrating innovative solutions into the firm’s operations. Oversee the enhancement of our technology infrastructure including integration, adoption, workflow efficiency, and an optimized user experience (internal employees and external client). Provide recommendations to improve or transform processes to gain efficiencies and scale or reduce risk.
- Day to day management and maintenance of the complete technology stack, taking ownership and understanding of all tools and their various functions.
- Lead the development of a technology roadmap. Participate in the evaluation of new technology and implements technology solutions to improve efficiency throughout the organization.
- Provide ongoing support, supervision, training, and development opportunities for all technology users, offering guidance and informing best practices to build comfort with the tools. Develop and maintain written standard operating procedures, how-to documents, and workflow diagrams.
