Workday Benefits Support Analyst
Location: Hybrid (Georgia) – 2 days in-office, 3 days remote

Overview:
My client is looking for a Workday Benefits Support Analyst to provide technical support for Workday Benefit technology. This role involves managing eligibility, reporting, and configuration within the Workday HCM system. Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of benefits administration in Workday, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical resource for Workday benefits module processes and compliance.
- Oversee the Workday Benefits Module, including vendor integration updates and data integrity.
- Work with HRIS to implement quarterly updates and ensure system connectivity.
- Conduct audits to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Handle escalations, collaborate with Workday SMEs, and communicate with the benefits service center.
- Create and update process documentation and provide training and support.
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree or higher (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of Workday Benefits configuration experience.
- Knowledge of ERISA, IRS QLE, COBRA, and other federal regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, HRIS, and advanced Excel.
- Advanced Workday Benefits knowledge.
Work Environment:
- Hybrid work model: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed.
- Travel up to 10%.
