Our client, a growing developer needs an Executive Director of Property Operations- affordable housing LIHTC, in Northern California.
The right person will work autonomously with minimal direction to oversee all of property management as they convert all assets to LIHTC. This person should come up from property management and will report to the Director. In charge of all administrative & operational
aspects of the HCV, Public Housing and Non-Profit Property Management and Maintenance.
Qualifications:
- 15 years of experience in affordable property management
- 4 year degree a must, advanced degree in business administration or public policy is preferred
