SMITH | STRONG, PLC, family law (divorce/custody/adoptions), estate/fiduciary litigation, and estate planning, in the West End of Richmond, seeks attorney for established divorce & custody practice. Experience in family law recommended. Option to expand into estate and fiduciary litigation if desired.

We will provide you with the clients, training, and support you need—we seek a capable, experienced attorney ready to begin.
We will provide training (if desired, as long as you need), and have weekly family law meetings with all attorneys and staff, together, to review each matter and ensure questions are resolved as need arises, along with mentorship and weekly lunches with colleagues.

We offer healthcare, retirement, professional development, training, monthly bonus and balanced work/life schedule of 8:30 - 5:00 PM, M-F, with 4 weeks off per year. Pay averages: $135,000 - $235,000 + benefits.
