Title: GRC Analyst
Location: Chicago IL – Onsite
Duration: Full Time
- Key Responsibilities
- Review and Analysis: Conduct thorough reviews of applications to identify security gaps and compliance issues. Collaborate with application teams to validate findings. (Need to include a plan to be compliant with INCs, PTasks, PRBs)
- Compliance Monitoring: Participate in weekly reviews to ensure application compliance on an ongoing basis. Check ServiceNow for centralized and decentralized application compliance, the IAM Analytics Portal (NT BI tool), and risk treatment.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation of compliance findings and security gaps. Ensure all findings are well-documented and communicated effectively. Prepare a compliance report with the proper evidence to report to risk and regulators.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Governance, application, and infrastructure teams to address identified issues. Maintain open communication channels with all stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving governance processes and procedures. Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance compliance and security measures.
The potential compensation for this role is based on labor costs in local markets, as well as the job-related skills, knowledge and experience of the candidate. Expected base pay for this role ranges from [$100,000] to [$115,000]. [$100,000] to [$145,000] for California . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits and additional compensation offerings, including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options as well as potential incentive or variable compensation.
