Construction Admin
Location: Aiken, SC
Hours: 40-50 hours per week
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Construction Administrator to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate will have experience with construction management software such as Eida or Procore, and be proficient in processing submittals, tracking time, and managing general administrative tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the site team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process submittals, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to keep the project on track.
- Track and process time sheets for on-site personnel, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Utilize Eida, Procore, or similar construction management software to maintain project documentation, track progress, and manage workflows.
- Provide general administrative support to the site team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing communications.
- Organize and maintain project documents, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs, ensuring they are easily accessible to the team.
- Serve as a liaison between the site team and other project stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Generate and distribute regular reports on project status, time tracking, and other key metrics to the site team and management.
- Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience with construction management software such as Eida, Procore, or similar.
- Strong understanding of submittal processing and time tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a construction or project management role is preferred.
