We have partnered with a seed-stage startup in Austin, TX, who is looking for founding ML Engineers to lead the development of LLMs and RAG capabilities. With recent funding, they are looking to solve B2B payment problems by leverage AI in the logistics industry.
This opportunity offers a base salary range of $160k-$200k based on experience. With unlimited PTO and great insurance benefits, this will be an on-site position downtown Austin.
Ideal candidates will have the following experience:
- 2+ years' experience fine-tuning LLMs
- 2+ years' experience optimizing models in RAG frameworks
- 4+ years' experience with Python programming
- Experience with NLP libraries like NLTK, SpaCy or HuggingFace
- Experience with sequence-to-sequence learning
- Experience with distributed systems
