Title: Learning & Development Trainer
Pay: $75k

Responsibilities
- Design, co-develop program content and tools for delivery of training program
- Implement and execute training programs as per calendar and ensure participation of identified employees
- Plan, organize and direct training and development programs
- Support organizational development, values and learning culture
- Analyze training results and initiate actions for continuous improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- MUST have excellent presentation and teaching skills
- Five (5) years’ experience designing and implementing a training & development program in a manufacturing environment
- Experience as a Learning & Development Specialist, Administrator, or Trainer onsite at a manufacturing plant
