Seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Construction Litigation Paralegal for Preparing discovery, pleadings, motions
Manage clients and witnesses for discovery and discovery responses
Order, review, summarize records pertaining to the case
Investigate and retain experts
Prepare expert designations, schedule orders and calendaring
Must have construction defense paralegal experience
The role includes assisting attorneys with preparation for depositions, hearings, mediation, arbitration & trials.
Pay is negotiable
Generaous Benefits:
Pay range from $70,000 to $75,000 based on experience
