As a Lead Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, identify areas of improvement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Basic Qualifications for Senior SAP SCM Consultant.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
- Location for this position is Minneapolis, MN.

Preferred Qualifications for Senior SAP SCM Consultant.
- At least 4 years of experience in Material Management Implementation, Enhancement, Upgrade and Support Experience
- Facilitate the implementation and Support of SAP MM.
- Experience in master data configurations (Material master, Vendor Master, Service Master, Business Partner), Inventory Management, MM pricing procedures.
- Integration with SAP FI, SD, SAP PP & PM.
- Experience in SAP S/4 HANA Material Management Implementation, Enhancement, Upgrade and Support Experience
- Should have excellent understanding of S/4 innovations (BP, table aggregates, MRP Live, Analytics, AATP)
Knowledge and experience in multiple of the below is desired:
- Experience in Business Process Re-engineering, Solution Building, Blueprinting, GAP Analysis, Unit & Integration testing, and Preparation of user manual.
- Should have good knowledge in the areas of Procurement Plan (MRP, MRP Live), Master data and Inventory Management
- Knowledge on IDocs, Batch jobs, Interfaces, LSMW and Queries.
- Map client business requirements, Processes, and objectives; Develops necessary product and Modifications to satisfy client’s need(RICEFW).
- Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.
- Experience to identify and propose business process and/or system enhancement and Functional Specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well versed in English. Excellent spoken and written skills.
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
- Responsibility of large implementation team.
- Onsite and offshore coordination
