Workday HRIS Manager

The HR Technology Manager is responsible for the management, implementation, and maintenance of HRIS Systems. This role provides daily supervision for the HR Technology function for the Company.
The Role:
- Lead the high performing HR Technology team.
- Manage the day-to-day HRIS Workday Systems.
- Lead system configuration, enhancements, and upgrades to meet the organization’s evolving needs
- Partners with business stakeholders to define, design and optimize HR technology consistent with HR strategies compliant with regulations.
- Responsible for understanding system integration points and downstream effects
- Subject matter expert that leads the team to troubleshoot system issues, drive root cause analysis, providing guidance, and making decisions on courses of action
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance employee experience
- Responsible for proper controls and auditing for compliance, including SOX requirements, system security, GDPR and other data protection regulations
- Develop, generate, and analyze regular and ad hoc HR reports
You will need:
- A minimum of 5 years hands on experience working on all Workday HCM modules.
- Team Mentoring and Management experience
- Advanced skills in Workday integrations, configuration, system updates and upgrades.
