This position will play a crucial role in the design and development of mechanical systems for a variety of industrial and commercial applications. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in mechanical design, with specific expertise in HVAC and plumbing systems design.

Focus:
- Develop and produce detailed design documents across all project phases (Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration).
- Create accurate drawings and models using Revit and AutoCAD, focusing on mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and piping.
- Independently resolve design challenges with guidance from senior team members.
- Conduct site visits as required, collaborating with clients and collecting project-related information.
- Perform building code analysis and ensure compliance in project layouts and design recommendations.
- Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to coordinate project efforts and integrate mechanical systems effectively.
- Work with the Mechanical Engineer of Record to finalize production drawings.
Skill Set:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in mechanical design within industrial or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and piping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant educational background in mechanical engineering or design.
- Experience in the food and beverage, cold storage, or warehousing sectors is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
