RESPONSIBILITIES #Ll-Hybrid
- Project based Team leader
- Working knowledge of solutions and standards to maintain, support and manage business problems
- Analysis and translation of business requirements into functional processes or solutions that meet business needs
- Create functional designs, combining business needs and system design/functionality
- Develop and perform quality test processes, specifications and requirements for engineers to follow
- Develop and maintain system guidelines to support solutions for the customer
- Risk mitigation planning
- Conduct system reviews, producing reports reflecting efficiencies and deficiencies
- Act as liaison between the Product Manager and the team engineers
- Manage work flow for the team engineers
- Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
- Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards

EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent required
Bachelors in Computer Science or Business Administration preferred
2-4 years experience in IT with knowledge or background in lending processes and/or solutions required
Proficient experience with DecisionLender and/or Encompass loan origination products required
SCHEDULE
Typical office hours are M-F 8a-5p. This position is exempt and full-time. A minimum 40 hours is required per week. This position can require evening and weekend work to oversee upgrades and/or fixes.
