Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale and complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing, planning, executing, and completing these projects, ensuring they align with our methodologies, standards, and company goals. This role requires expertise in leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Dynamics 365 ISV Partner solutions, and Dynamics 365 F&O to manage and ensure accurate financial operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee project plans, ensuring adherence to established methodologies and best practices.
- Engage with clients to clarify project scope, objectives, and requirements.
- Efficiently allocate and manage resources to meet project milestones.
- Monitor budgets and expenses to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Implement and enforce best practices, including managing change orders when necessary.
- Create comprehensive project plans that cover all phases from inception to completion.
- Mentor and guide consultants in both the use of the software and the associated methodologies.
- Forecast and allocate project resources effectively.
- Ensure excellence in project delivery through the use of standard templates, work plans, and methodologies.
- Manage a diverse team, including Technical Solution Architects, F&O Developers, and Functional Consultants.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and technical experts.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and designing Dynamics F&O/CRM systems.
- In-depth knowledge of the F&O/CRM Technical Platform, including expertise in scripting, plugins, workflows, dialogs, client extensions, and SDK.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce and Dynamics.
