• Excellent Communication Skills:
o Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, developers, and
project managers, to gather and understand requirements e:ectively.
o Clearly communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to cross-
functional teams.
• Convert Business Requirements to User Stories:
o Translate high-level business needs into detailed user stories that capture functional and non-functional requirements.
o Prioritize user stories based on business value and impact.
• Hands-On SQL (MS SQL Server):
o Proficiently query and analyze data using SQL to support application.
o Create and maintain SQL queries for troubleshooting, reporting, data
extraction, and analysis.
• Application Support:
o Provide ongoing support for applications, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve any system-related problems.
o Ensure smooth operation of applications by monitoring performance and addressing user inquiries.
