Position Overview:
Job Title: Licensed Physical Therapist
Location: Frederick, MD (with occasional support in Rockville, MD)
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical condition and develop personalized treatment plans.
Administer effective physical therapy interventions to promote optimal functional outcomes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Provide patient education on therapeutic exercises and techniques for self-management.
Stay informed about the latest developments in physical therapy practices and techniques.
Qualifications:
Valid and current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Strong clinical skills with a focus on evidence-based practice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
