Role Overview: As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a range of software development projects. Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), Product Owners, and technical teams to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage multiple software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Backlog Management: Work with SMEs and Product Owners to prioritize and manage project backlogs effectively.
- Liaison Role: Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business units to facilitate clear communication and project alignment.
- SCRUM Leadership: Facilitate SCRUM ceremonies and lead SCRUM efforts across various teams, ensuring adherence to Agile best practices.
- Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership to support project responsibilities and contribute to the success of the digital team.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years managing software development projects, with a strong background as a SCRUM Master.
- SCRUM Expertise: Proven expertise in SCRUM methodologies, including managing ceremonies and implementing Agile practices.
- Certifications: Relevant project management and SCRUM certifications are highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships and project expectations effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Industry Experience: Experience managing engineering-related projects, particularly those involving data capture and compliance assessments.
