About the position:
We are looking for a Dentist who is passionate about providing excellent patient care and who is willing to learn and grow with our practice. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, professional, and compassionate. The Dentist will be responsible for providing comprehensive oral health care to patients of all ages. This includes all aspects of dentistry, periodontology, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, as well as board certification in radiology if applicable.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Assess patients' oral health conditions and determine their needs by evaluating oral health history, x-rays, and other dental treatment records;
Perform various dental procedures;
Prepare patients for dental procedures by educating them on the need for treatment and its effects;
Provide high quality care in a friendly environment by following established procedures and responding to patient's requests;
Maintain accurate patient records by recording diagnosis and treatment information in treatment records, conducting follow-up procedures, and maintaining medical files;
Consult with physicians or dentists as needed regarding patient's condition or complaints;
Educate patients about oral health care practices;
Promote oral health care practices through professional communication relationships;
Ensure patient satisfaction by responding to patient concerns or requests;
Tasks will be performed at our Willows, CA office or remote (providing remote work opportunities).
