As a EWM Warehouse Support Engineer, responsible for
Inventory management system for all warehouse areas.
Manages Inbound, Internal Warehouse, Production Supply and Outbound warehouse business processes.
Coordinates flow of materials throughout the site.
Experience in EWM - System Integrations with Warehouse Control Systems, Manufacturing Execution System, Dematic AGV Scheduler - Automation Integration Layer
User support for navigation and system use

Experience of working in a support role/organization
Experience of troubleshooting network communication issues

Worked in direct support of and along with the maintenance staff to maintain both complex and simple systems used in packaging operations.
Understanding of Packaging line hardware, PLC programming.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide support to EWM Warehouse Support in a 24X7 rotating shift schedule (Morning, Evening and Night)
Coordinate and provide EWM in person support at the site.
- Providing updates to customers regarding ongoing issues.
Maintain and update procedures as required.
Updating SOP’s and Knowledge articles
Communicate effectively on time for any new spare parts requirements.
Formal investigation of support issues, communication with impacted stakeholders, vendor, resolution/closure of the issue, and updating appropriate knowledge management records.
