Job Description
As the Global Training Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful implementation of a Human Resources (HR) technology system, new ways of working and processes across the Global HR team. You will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of a comprehensive training strategy to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of the new HR systems, tools, and processes.
This role requires an understanding of HR processes, strong project management skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and train employees at all levels and cultures.
Responsibilities:
- Training Strategy Development: Collaborate with the GP Mod Training Team to develop a robust training strategy that aligns with the objectives of the Global People Modernization (GP Mod) project
- Training Needs Analysis: Conduct a thorough assessment of training needs across various departments and user groups to identify knowledge gaps and create targeted training plans
- Training Plan Execution: Support the planning and execution of the training strategy to ensure the needs across different personas are met through a targeted training plan
- Training Content Creation: Support the development of high-quality training materials, including knowledge documents, on-demand modules, videos, and other resources, to support end-users in understanding and utilizing the new HR system effectively
- Training Delivery: Collaborate with Market People Teams and the GP Mod Training Team to design and deliver engaging training sessions, to HR professionals, and managers at multiple locations globally, ensuring the training is comprehensive, user-friendly, and tailored to different audiences
- Train-the-Trainer: Collaborate with Market HR teams to identify and train a network of champions or super users who can provide ongoing training and support to employees within their respective regions
- Change Management: Work closely with the change management team to develop and implement change communication plans, ensuring employees are aware of the benefits and features of the new HR system and are prepared for the transition
- Performance Evaluation: Monitor the effectiveness of the training program through feedback mechanisms, surveys, and user assessments, and continuously refine the training materials and delivery methods based on feedback and performance data
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and project management, to ensure seamless integration of the HR system and alignment with organizational objectives
- Global Coordination: Coordinate training activities across different regions, ensuring consistency in training materials, developing standards, and best practices while accounting for regional differences and cultural nuances
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive training documentation, including training schedules, attendance records, and evaluation reports. Provide regular progress reports to project stakeholders and senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, or a related field
- Proven experience supporting global training initiatives, including the implementation of cloud-based HR systems
- Experience deploying employee-facing SaaS solutions (Workday, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Qualtrics, etc.) preferred
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and train individuals at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in designing and delivering engaging training sessions using various methodologies
- Familiarity with change management principles and practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment
